- In-stock items must be paid in full in advance before delivery. Cash on delivery available for such items.
- Bulk orders (without the customization) require 50% advance payment and balance before delivery.
- Special orders with customization require 70% advance payment and balance before delivery. Balance payments must be made within 10 days of the final invoice, failing which customers may lose any volume or special discounts. After 30 days of non-payment, we have the right to cancel the order without refunds.
- Electronic payments are accepted via credit or debit cards, bank transfers, wallets, or UPI platforms such as Google Pay
- If you require a GST invoice, the customer GST number and details must be given before the final invoice; this cannot be modified retroactively.
- In-stock items shall be delivered within 3-7 working days of payment received and cleared. In case the delivery location is not covered via regular delivery modes (rural and remote locations), any additional timelines shall be communicated to the customer.
- Timelines for delivery of bulk and customized order shall be finalized at the time of order, and vary based on item specifics, volume (size) of order, time of year, etc.
- Customers should examine all deliveries for damages and refuse delivery if there is external and visible damage.
Returns and Exchanges
- In-stock items can be returned for a refund within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. We offer free shipping for returns and exchanges as well.
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization.
- In stock Bulk orders excluding customization can be exchanged for different items, including change of size as available.
- All returns received must be unworn, and new in original packaging with the tags attached.
- Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7 days of the receipt of the item.
- Customized or special order items are not eligible for returns, but we will try our best to address your concerns. Please reach out to us.
- Samples require payment at special rates for items.
- In case you don’t wish to order, the sample must be returned within 7 days. Upon submission of receipt of the sample back to us, in new, unworn condition, we will refund your deposit within 7 working days.
General and Other Terms
- Terms of sale are subject to conformance with the laws and regulations of the Government of India.
- The online website, catalog, and other platforms for sale are updated periodically, and while we make all attempts to show accurate pictures/descriptions/etc., no guarantees are made for their accuracy.
- We have the right to use your name or brand in the list of our customers.
- We will inform you of any unexpected delays in fulfilling your order, including due to force majeure.
