I have bought three items (a unitard, a leotard and shorts) Order no 10474 from Ikaanya with much joy and excitement. While two of them fit, the third required an exchange for a higher size. I had fed a wrong address earlier and apologised and requested for help, I saw that the team wasn't very co-operative so I picked up the entire package, worth more than 3000 INR from my old address. However, my request for exchange of the one item was accepted and I was sent screen shots of address update. I acknowledged my appreciation. And then began a nightmarish process. Nevertheless a pick up person called me and asked me to come to the old address. I told him that I had been assured by your company that the correct address had been updated. He rudely cut the call. I reached out with patience and politeness once again to your team asking when the pick up would take place. I got responses such as, "I don't know why it is happening even though we have arranged for pick up" or "they came for pick up" or plain lack of comprehension and they kept asking me to wait till they called back with a solution. Each time I placed the faith but nothing like that happened and each time I would have to call or write back. When I told the team after ten days of this trouble, that it is their responsibility and not mine I was told to courier the item to be exchanged on my own cost and effort to your company instead! The team is now not even taking my calls and my emails are being responded to by an impersonal tracking ID which is INVALID. I am so sorry to see that this the way the business is being run. I and my daughter came in with such enthusiasm and even left a lovely review for the products and yet have been treated to absolute apathy and harassment by your team. I request you to exchange the product or refund the money for the leotard so that this nightmare can end. This has been a horrendous experience, one that could have been easily averted.
